Our Impact
We are a small fellowship and we have been running for three years. This page says what we can show, what we cannot show yet, and how we would like to be judged.

The clearest account of what the fellowship does is the fellows' own. Three of the most recent:
What we cannot show yet
- Long-term outcomes
- Our first fellows started in 2023. That is not long enough to say what changed because of the fellowship rather than alongside it, and we will not claim otherwise.
- Numbers of people reached
- Our fellows work with their own communities and keep their own records. We do not aggregate those into a total, because a total we cannot check is not a fact.
- A comparison
- We do not know how these fellows would have fared without us. Saying so is more useful to you than a figure that implies we do.
How we would like to be judged
By whether the fellows we support go on doing the work — and by whether the account we give of them is one they recognise. Every story on this site was written with the fellow, and every fellow reads their story before it is published.
If something here does not hold up, we would rather hear it than not. Write to us — that page says who reads what you send.
We also measure how many people visit this website. That tells us about our own reach, not about our impact, so it is not on this page.
